Meet Beth. She's 32 years old. She is in recovery from an illness in which she lost her sense of taste and smell. She enjoys learning about tea and wants to utilize all 5 senses.
We started with some paper sketches to get a basic idea of the layout. From there we did a low fidelity wireframe.
We did do usability and guerilla testing along with A/B testing. Users really did want an option to manually enter in their own drink options and also a five star rating for their drinks.
We were able to successfully create a great prototype using research, testing, wireframing, prototyping, testing and more testing. There's still more that can be iterated on but it was such a great experience to work with such great people on a wonderful app idea.
